Travelling to Thailand to the seaside town of Bangsaen, Yuey and myself coupled up as a team to take on the 6 hour RAAT endurance race driving a 2L Toyota Vios.
Tihe frst time embarking on a street circuit, you can imagine the anticipation and slight nerves, knowing I had no margin for error , plus getting up to speed in a foreign car (very easy to drive) and being about 2 seconds off my team mates.
With our session marred by red flags, I completed my 1 hour stint and Yuey got in the car and we very unfortunately ended the race 5 hours in, with mechanical failure that our team was not able to fix. Yuey brought the car back in and we ended the race with 4th being the highest place on the grid during the race!
