NutriFirst has shortlisted 24 guys from different walks of life, providing them with 2 months of proper training and supplement guidance.
They have transformed their lives further and showcasing them to show what a change in lifestyle, coupled with dedication and commitment, can do to bring about a healthier and fitter you.
Fitness and health has no boundaries of age, race, or gender, but with hard work and determination, you can achieve a body you can be confident of.
