SMEG. Powerful, precise and easy enough to use even with a baby hanging off one arm . Everyone knows I’m big on cooking at home so I know exactly what my family and I eat.
I also don’t cook with much unless it’s FUSS-FREE, and while Oli was his usual clingy self, the beauty of this #SMEGstandmixer was the relief of using JUST one hand to attach the whipping utensil, tilting it back in position and selecting the speed that sits on top while I baked this cake while at full term preggers !
This last trimester I’ve turned to my sweet tongue and I’ve found amazing guilt free alternatives. Baked a gluten free ( paleo too) almond meal chocolate cake.
Ooooo what next? I think something with meat in it , like burger patties or a meat loaf. The #SmegStandMixer is so versatile that comes with the attachments to grind meat too. Exciting times
