After a fast round of rehearsals at 5pm, the boys in the Nutriman finals stripped down and made their practiced choreography work up on stage!

Two guys were of particuar inspiration. One guy Bear (nickname?) had lost 60 kg and despite having some extreme stretch marks across his torso, he still packed on the muscle and definition.

Another contestant , was a father at 38 years old and looked fantastic, knowing the fact that he juggled family, work and fitness, proving that it was possible as long as you stayed committed and dedicated.

At the end of the night there were 3 overall winners and 4 sub categories including Mr.Personality, Mr. Achievement and Mr. Striking.
