So, I’ve been neglecting my fitness for the last 3 weeks. I managed perhaps one workout on the first day in Las Vegas, which probably was the icing on the cake when I got sick the next day!
My hamstrings ached for the rest of the week! So to start easy and get back on some sort of game plan, I took it easy to let my self work my way up to some proper peak, which is always a good idea so that one doesn’t feel overwhelmed, which can lead to doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. What do you think?

20 Mountain climbers
15 Squats hold 15 seconds
15 Slide knee sit-ups
15 Cross knee sit-ups
15 Side sit-ups
10 V sit-ups
20 Reverse leg raises 90 degrees
1 minute Plank
