In this first episode of Stressbusters, I talk about one sure easy and FREE way to release stress.Stress may not always be a bad thing, if in small doses, but it it can creep up on us through out the day.

One brilliant way to cope with Stress is to ‘Relax and Recharge’ by running. You can run anywhere, with anyone or by yourself.Invest in a good pair of shoes or what is within your budget , to prevent any injuries.
